Notice of Annual General Meeting

Rosebank Union Church Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting for 2025 will be held on Wednesday, 2 April 2025 at 19h00 in the Jerusalem Hall. Members can also participate in the meeting online (HERE).

In accordance with the Church rules, the following matters will be addressed with members:

  1. Receive & celebrate the report on the activities & ministry of the Church for 2024.
  2. Be presented with an overview of the Church’s plans for the remainder of 2025.
  3. Report on the Church’s audited financial results, which shall be tabled for approval by Members.
  4. Approve the appointment of auditors for the forthcoming financial year.

Please diarise this important meeting for all members to participate in and reflect on, giving thanks to God, for the activities of the church.
