The leadership of RUC are proposing an amendment to the RUC rules, regarding the process of nomination & election of Elders. The proposed change will include an Elder training process between nomination and election. For a summary of the proposed change to the rules, and the proposed new rules, please see the attached document. These changes will be submitted for members approval at the BGM on November 26.
